Their website mentions "meticulous maintenance." Their Youtube video says "high standard of care." It looks to me like the lawn guys only show-up once in a while. It's a massive job to cut and trim this giant cemetery, of course. Perhaps they were just having issues with their groundskeeping contractor?
The roads inside the cemetery are narrow and the turns on to other cemetery roads are quite tight. A stone-setting truck with a crane would have lot of difficulty here.
