High voltage electrical transmission lines that run through the cemetery mar the view of the landscape, in my opinion.
Overall, this is one of metropolitan Philadelphia's better Jewish cemeteries, because things appear in order here, and the property is maintained to a higher than average standard compared to other Jewish Cemeteries I have seen.

A re-seller of a grave plot on ebay says Roosevelt has a $290 transfer fee. And the seller says lots in his section are offered for sale at $3495 through the cemetery.
