Philadelphia Memorial Park Cemetery in Frazer, Chester County, is mostly a bronze flat marker cemetery. It is located to the west of Philadelphia and is approximately a 45 to 60 minute drive from the western border of Philadelphia.
In the photos you can see there is an upright section. It's small, and probably no longer active with new burials.
I did find bronze flat markers that were slowly being covered up (see photos below).
This cemetery is run by the publicly traded SCI (Service Corporation International).
